Step 1: Make Ginger Crisps Crust

To get started with Pumpkin Cheesecake, you have to make the crust. Firstly, preheat the oven at 350 degree. Meanwhile, grind the ginger crisps finely. Transfer the ginger crisps to a bowl and add melted butter and powdered sugar to it. Mix all three ingredients well and then press gently to flatten it. Bake the mixture for 10 minutes.

Step 2: Bake Pumpkin Cheese Cake

Preheat the oven to 350 degree. Make pumpkin cheesecake batter by blending eggs, sugar, cream cheese, and vanilla extract together. Add pumpkin puree, powdered clove, powdered cinnamon, powdered nutmeg, and salt to the mixture and blend it again. Now spread pumpkin cheesecake mixture on ginger crisps crust and bake it for 50 minutes.


Step 3: Prepare Cheese Frosting

It’s time to prepare cheese frosting. For that, add cream cheese, flour, salt, powdered sugar, powdered cinnamon, powdered nutmeg, and vanilla extract in bowl and blend it well. Make green colored frosting by adding green food color to some part of cheese frosting in a separate bowl and then blend it finely.


Step 4: Decorate Pumpkin Cheese Cake

Now that the cake is ready, it’s time to prepare garnishing items. Flatten orange fondant and cut with maple leaf cookie cutter. Next take a big and small rounded orange fondants and carve vertical lines to give it a pumpkin shape. Make big rounded orange fondant funky by carving eyes, nose and mouth on it. Give a shape of cone to green fondants. Place cone-shaped green fondants on top of pumpkin-shaped orange fondants. Coat the pumpkin cheese cake with cheese frosting. Garnish it with green cheese frosting, maple leaf-shaped fondants, big and small pumpkin-shaped orange fondants. Your pumpkin cheesecake is ready to serve!!

  • ¾ Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 3 Ginger Crisps

For Pumpkin Cheesecake:

  • ¼ Cup Butter, Melted
  • 1 Cup Cream Cheese
  • 1 Cup Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Canned Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Powdered Cloves
  • ¼ tsp Powdered Nutmeg
  • ½ tsp Powdered Cinnamon

For Pumpkin Frosting :

  • 12 ounces Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Flour
  • 4 cups Powdered Sugar
  • Pinch Of Salt
  • ¼ tsp Powdered Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Powdered Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Green Food Color

For Decoration

  • Orange Fondant
  • Green Fondant Balls
  • Orange fondant Balls
