Step 1: Prepare Cake Batter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line the bottom of the loaf pan with parchment paper and spray the parchment paper. In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla extract. In a large bowl, add flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, butter and half of the egg mixture. Then add the remaining egg mixture and mix well until smooth.

Step 2: Bake Pound Cake

Pour the batter into prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for about 55 minutes or until the cake is golden brown. Remove the cake from the oven.

Step 3: Garnish the Cake

Cool the cake for 10 minutes. Loosen the edges and invert onto a plate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on the cake. Slice them and garnish as desired.

  • 3 Large Eggs
  • 3 tbsps Milk
  • 1 and 1/2 tsps Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 and 1/2 Cups (150 grams) Sifted Cake Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 3/4 Cup Granulated White Sugar
  • 185 Grams Unsalted Butter (room temperature)
  • 3 tbsps Powder Sugar
  • 1 Packet Strawberry Cooking Spray
