Step 1: Prepare Ingredients

Chop capsicum and onion into small pieces and place in a large bowl. Grind meat using meat grinder and put in a medium bowl.


Step 2: Make Potatoes and Pumpkin Frosting

Take milk, melted butter, boiled potatoes and pumpkin, salt, black pepper, nutmeg powder and mash it well. Later heat melted butter in a saucepan and fry some sliced garlic and sage leaf. Drain the liquid butter and put into mashed pumpkin and potatoes and mix it well.

Step 3: Prepare Meatloaf Cake

Further to assemble meatloaf cake, first make meatloaf dough, and for that mix ground beef with beaten eggs, spicy hot juice, chopped capsicum, chopped onion, seasoned bread crumbs, oats, chilli powder, salt and black pepper. Then divide meatloaf dough into baking pans and pat. Bake meatloaf dough for 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees. After 20 minutes, let it remain inside the oven for more 10 minutes. Remove the cake and let it cool.


Step 4: Assemble Meatloaf Cake

Then take one meatloaf on the cake stand and spread mashed potatoes over meatloaf. Keep another meatloaf onto the mashed potatoes and spread mashed potatoes over top and sides.To decorate Meatloaf cake, put mashed potatoes into a frosting bag and make a shell border around bottom edges, shell drop around top of cake. Place lemon pieces on shell drop, followed by cherry tomatoes on 6 sides between lemons. Then place one sliced lemon in center and one cherry tomato on top of slice lemon. Your Meatloaf cake is ready.

  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

  • Nutmeg Powder, a pinch

  • 2 tbsp Melted Butter

  • 1 Clove Chopped Garlic

  • Chopped Sage Leaves

  • Cherry Tomatoes

  • Lemon Pieces

  • Salt, as per taste
