Step 1: Prepare Bundt Cake

To make Easter nest cake, first you need to make Bundt cake. For that take lemon cake mix in a large bowl. Add lemon instant pudding in it followed by eggs, water and vegetable oil. Then blend the mixture so that no crumbs remain. Then add cake batter into Bundt pan and bake for 50-60 min at 350 degrees. Once cake gets baked, remove it from oven and allow it to cool for 25 minutes.

Step 2: Prepare Cake Frosting

Next prepare cake frosting and for that, take cream cheese into a large bowl. Add unsalted butter into it followed by confectioners' sugar and vanilla extract. Then blend the mixture properly.

As done, divide frosting in 6 bowls, then add red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet food colors in each bowl and mix it properly. Later pour each colored cake frosting in different frosting bags and keep aside.

Step 3: Prepare Easter Nest Cake

Finally make Easter nest cake, cut the bundt cake in round shape. Apply cake frosting on cake board. Then place cake on cake board. Spread red color frosting on outer surface of cake. Then spread violet color frosting on inside surface of cake. Then make stars in circle from red frosting bag, followed by orange, yellow, green, blue, violet frosting bag. Finally, decorate the cake with fondant chick and egg chocolates. Your yummy Easter Nest Cake is ready!!!

  • 6 different Food Colors (as per your choice

  • Orange color frosting
  • Green color frosting
