Step 1: Marinate Chicken
To make Chicken Kebab, first, you need to make a paste by grinding garlic, ginger, orange grated zest, and spring onions. Then add honey, orange juice, soy sauce, and oil and blend it again. Mix this paste with cubed chicken and marinate it for 30 minutes. After that, add mushrooms in the marinated chicken and mix it well and again leave it to marinate for more 30 minutes.
Step 2: Make the Kebabs
Insert chicken, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and green peppers to skewers. Then add vegetable oil on the griddle pan and cook each chicken skewer for 7-8 minutes until the chicken turns golden brown. Turn the chicken kebabs from time to time until evenly cooked.
Step 3: Prepare Mango Dip
Blend mango, orange juice, lime juice, honey, and grated ginger to make a puree. Refrigerate it.

Finally, decorate chicken kebabs with spring onions and cherry tomatoes.
