Step 1: To Make Chocolate Mixture

To prepare chocolate mixture, heat stock pot on stove on medium flame. Add butter, caster sugar, muscovado sugar, chocolate pieces and golden syrup into stock pot and blend using electric blender. Blend 2 eggs into another bowl using electric blender. Now add vanilla extract, plain flour, baking powder, cocoa powder and chocolate mixture into eggs bowl and mix it using electric powder.

Step 2: To Bake Chocolate Brownie Cake

To bake the Chocolate Brownie cake, transfer cake batter into cake pan and bake it in oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Now remove cake pan from oven and transfer cake on wire rack.

Step 3: To Prepare Chocolate Glaze

To make chocolate glaze, heat a sauce pan on low flame on stove. Add chopped chocolate, butter and golden syrup into sauce pan and stir it well using whisk. Once done, pour it into bowl.

Step 4: To Decorate and serve

To decorate chocolate brownie cake pour chocolate glaze on it. Spread whipped whipped cream and and place some kiwi slices on the top of cake. Now add sliced strawberries followed by oranges on the top of cake. Your chocolate Brownie Cake is ready to serve.
