Step 1: Prepare Cake Batter

Melt 8 chocolate squares. Beat cream cheese with electric blender until creamy. Now blend in the melted chocolate. Refrigerate until firm.

Step 2: Make Chocolate Balls

Scoop out chocolate mixture from the bowl and shape into 36 balls. Place them on waxed paper-covered baking sheet.

Step 3: Make Truffles

Melt the remaining chocolate. Using a fork, dip truffles in chocolate syrup. Repeat until all truffles are coated in chocolate syrup.

Step 4: Garnish and Serve

Garnish the truffles and then refrigerate for 1 hour. Remove Truffles from refrigerator. Your lovely Chocolate Truffles are ready!

  • 2-1/2 Package of Semi-sweet Chocolates (20 squares)
  • 1 Package Cream Cheese, softened

For Garnishing

  • Chopped Peanuts
  • Multi-colored Sprinkles
