Step 1: Prepare Panna Cotta Mixture

Add water and agar-agar strands to the cooking pot and set the heat to medium. Stir the mixture well. Boil the strands for few minutes. Now transfer the mixture into a bowl. Add milk, heavy cream and sugar to the cooking pot and cook for some time in medium flame. Then transfer this mixture into a bowl containing agar-agar mixture. Add vanilla extract to the mixture and blend it well. Now transfer the mixture into dessert bowls and cover them with cling wraps. Refrigerate the mixture for 4 to 6 hours.

Step 2: Prepare Mango Coulis

Add mango puree, sugar, cardamom powder and lemon juice to the pan and cook for few minutes. Stir the mixture well. Let the mixture to cool. Now drop mango coulis to the panna cotta dessert bowls. Cover the bowls with cling wraps and refrigerate for an hour or two.

Step 3: Time to Prepare Toppings

In a small bowl, add finely chopped pineapple, mango and kiwifruit and mix them well. Now add chopped guava, lemon juice, sugar and mint leaves to it. Mix all the ingredients properly.

Step 4: Garnish and Serve

Make the dessert tempting by garnishing it. Remove the cling wraps from dessert bowls and carefully loosen the wedges with a knife. Now transfer panna cotta in a serving plate. Top the yummy dessert with fresh fruits and garnish the serving with strawberries and mint leaves. Your yummy panna cotta is ready to be served!!!

Note: Agar-agar is a vegetarian option available for setting the panna cotta. You can use gelatin as well, if not a vegetarian.


For Panna Cotta Mixture

  • 2 tbsp Agar-agar strands
  • 3-4 Cup of Water
  • 1 ½ Cup Heavy Cream
  • 3-4 cup Milk
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ½ Cup Mango Puree
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 Pinch Cardamom Powder
  • ½ Pineapple, peeled finely chopped
  • 1 Ripe Mango, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 Kiwifruit, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 Guava, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • Mint Leaves

For Decoration

  • Strawberries
  • Mint leaves
