Step 1: Chop Veggies and Chicken

Cut cooked chicken into small pieces. Chop celery, water chestnuts, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper and red onion. In a large bowl, combine diced chicken and all the chopped vegetables.

Step 2: Make the dressing

In a separate bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ground red pepper, salt, and white pepper until well blended. Add this mixture over chicken mixture and combine all ingredients and toss to coat.

Step 3: Chill and Serve

Cover and chill the chicken salad for at least 4 hours. Serve chilled chicken! Enjoy!


  • 2 and 1/2 Cups Cooked Chicken, diced

  • 1 Cup Celery, chopped

  • 1/2 Cup Water Chestnuts, chopped, rinsed and drained

  • 1/2 Cup Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper, chopped

  • 1/2 Cup Red Onion, chopped

  • 3 Cups Mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp Ground Red Pepper

  • 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1/2 tsp White Pepper
