Step 1: To Make Bechamel Sauce

To make the bechamel sauce, in a medium heated saucepan add butter cubes and flour and mix together well. Cook for 2 minutes and add milk, salt again mix together well and cook them for 4 minutes until sauce becomes thick and then set aside in a medium bowl.

Step 2: To Make Cannelloni Filling

Now we have to make Cannelloni filling and for that on heated frying pan add olive oil, minced onion, ground veal and mix it well. Cook them until meat is browned. Transfer this meat mixture into a large bowl. Then add ground mortadella, minced prosciutto, steamed spinach, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, oregano, and mix together well.

Step 3: To Assemble Cannelloni

Now assemble Cannelloni and for that first layer bechamel sauce in a baking pan then make the rolls of pasta sheet containing Cannelloni filling and place them into baking pan. Now add tomato sauce and spread grated parmesan cheese on the top and then bake it for 30 minutes at 450 degrees. Remove Cannelloni from the oven and cool it for 10 minutes. Serve Cannelloni with chopped parsley on the top. Your Cannelloni is ready to eat!!!
